Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

Occasion Thread uses artificial intelligence to generate event planning suggestions based on your answers. Plans are suggestions for personal planning only. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying details, including budgets, quantities, food safety, allergy and dietary needs, vendor choices, and any permits or venue rules. We are not an event planner, caterer or vendor and are not responsible for the outcome of your event.

We offer a Free plan, a One Event purchase, and Monthly and Annual subscriptions, as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partial periods. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply to your next billing period.

Don't misuse the service — no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, and no reselling access without our written permission.

You own the information you enter and the plans generated for you, and you may print and use them for your own events. You give us permission to store and process that content to operate the service.

The Occasion Thread name, logo, design and software belong to Ellysto, LLC.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellysto, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

We may update these Terms and will post the new date at the top; continued use means you accept the changes.
